Not receiving your order?

Please ensure your email address is correct at the time of order. To prevent against fraud we do not have any way of reissuing emailed gift cards to alternative email addresses. If your email address is misspelled, there is a good chance it will NOT be recoverable. 

  • Please make sure to check your “SPAM” folder before contacting us about any lost gift cards as many email clients will flag gift cards as spam. 
  • Gmail users are also encouraged to check their “Promotions/Updates” folder. If you think you entered it correctly please contact us at or via that chat window.

Why wasn't my payment detected?

  • Bitcoin - We require three confirmations. This means that your transaction could be completed in as quickly as 15 minutes, and as long as a full day
  • Stellar - Did you add a memo to your transaction? Please do or else you'll be following up with us to process your order
  • Ethereum / ERC20 Token - If you do not receive your card please reach out after 2 hours.
  • Other coins -  The general rule of thumb is to reach out after two hours if you have not received anything from us

How long does it take to receive my order?

Our general rule of thumb is to reach out after three hours if you have not received your order or an email from us explaining what might have gone wrong.

Payments from exchanges, and other custodial wallets

To avoid complications please do NOT send from an exchange or custodial wallet. Exchanges typically charge a withdrawal fee and deduct it from the amount you are withdrawing. While we discourage you from sending from a custodial wallet, if you do, you will be required to account for the exchange's withdrawal fee.

For example if you send us 1 BTC and the exchange's withdrawal fee is 0.00001 BTC then you will only have sent us 0.99999 BTC and we won't be able to complete your purchase until you pay the full amount.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time if your payment is made from a wallet which is considered Custodial. Custodial wallets are wallets in which the user is not in control of their own funds; the user does not hold the private keys.

What if I messed up my order?

You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order. You are responsible for sending the correct currency and amount, using a high enough network confirmation fee for the payment to be processed in a reasonable timeframe, and for sending payment to the correct address. If your information is incorrect (Customer Error) we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time.

We will work with you to try and recover any lost funds or claim your gift card if you put in the incorrect email address but ultimately it is your responsibility and we are not liable for errors or omissions when ordering. If you are not comfortable with these terms then please do not use the service

How do you make money?

We make money in two ways - buying gift cards at a discount and making a tiny bit on the cryptocurrency to fiat exchange rate.

How do you calculate exchange rates?

All purchases are quoted and locked into a USD/CAD/GBP/AUD -> cryptocurrency rate (ie. BTC, ETH, or other cryptocurrency we support) at time of checkout for 30 minutes before expiring. This ensures that you (the customer) are getting a fair rate and know exactly how much ETH your order will cost.

We find the best market rate for you and add a small markup to account for currency volatility, liquidity and confirmation time. The markup varies per currency based on these factors. This ensures you get a fair rate and we don't lose money on every transaction and continue to provide this service.

Why did it cost me more than face value of the gift card / phone top up?

Unfortunately due to market volatility and our current purchasing power right now gift cards cost a tiny bit more than the face value. Even still the cost to convert your crypto to a usable form of payment is comparable to (or cheaper) than what exchanges charge and accessing your money is much much faster. At Bidali we're working on the tools to bring crypto to the masses in the hopes that this will reduce volatility and allow you to use your crypto as it was intended - to transact.
