I didn't pay enough cryptocurrency, now what?

Typically this happens if you send from an exchange account because they take extra fees when you withdraw your cryptocurrency. If your transaction hasn't expired yet you can pay the remaining amount to the same address. If your transaction has expired then please contact our support team by using the "Contact Us" link above ☝️.

If your order is underpaid, you will be asked to provide additional funds to fulfill any balance owing. If you are unable to provide these funds, you will be issued a refund to the address of your choice (in the currency the underpayment was issued in), minus any network confirmation fees required to complete the refunding transaction within a reasonable time period.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time if the payment which is sent for the order is less than the amount required, as indicated on the payment page.
