Bidali Refund Policy

As per our User Agreement & Terms of Use, Bidali does not give refunds after gift cards, vouchers, and other prepaid products have been successfully delivered.  All sales are final.

This is to prevent fraud and because, generally, it is not possible to cancel an already issued card. This is an issue that affects the entire gift card industry and is not specific to our platform. We are working hard to introduce solutions to this problem, but it doesn't happen overnight!

As such, refunds are at the sole discretion of Bidali, and generally only occur in the following cases:

• If you have overpaid with cryptocurrency. At your request, we will issue a refund for the amount of cryptocurrency you paid above the amount quoted, minus network confirmation fees required to initiate the refund.
• If we cannot deliver the prepaid product to you after you have successfully paid for it.
