Can I get a refund for my gift card, voucher or other prepaid product?

Unfortunately not. To guard against fraud we can't provide a refund for gift cards, vouchers, or other prepaid products that have been successfully paid for and emailed. We have no way of knowing if they've been claimed or not already and for many brands it is impossible to cancel cards once they have been issued.

All orders are non-reversible and non-refundable unless a refund is explicitly granted by Bidali staff. If you have made a mistake in your order, you must immediately contact us to try to rectify the situation. We will work with our customers to help with any and all issues.

Refunds are discretionary. We are not bound by any previous instances of refunds and evaluates requests on a case-by-case basis. For more details please refer to our Refund Policy.
