I paid with Stellar (XLM), where is my order?

Once your transaction is verified on the Stellar network your prepaid product will be delivered automatically to the email you provided.  Generally this takes 10-30 seconds depending on the size of your order and the number of transactions waiting to be verified.

Stellar only requires 1 transaction confirmation to be deemed valid. As such, prepaid products are generally delivered very quickly when using the Stellar network.

One common problem is not including a transaction memo. If you do not, provide a memo then your transaction will fail to be processed automatically. If you forget, contact us using the link in the navigation above ☝️.

In some rare cases it may take longer to process your payment. This all depends on the cryptocurrency wallet you used to pay with, the transaction fees that were supplied to incentivize transaction validators to prioritize your transaction, and the amount of transactions currently waiting to be validated on the Stellar network.

Our general rule of thumb is, if you have not received your order or an email from us explaining what might have gone wrong, to reach out 30 minutes after your transaction has been confirmed on the Stellar network.
