I paid too much! Can I get a refund?
Yes! Simply contact us at email@example.com or via the on site chat and we'll be happy to help. We will refund you the extra crypto you paid, minus network confirmation fees required to initiate the refund.
I didn't pay enough. Now what?
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time if the payment which is sent for the order is less than the amount required, as indicated on the payment page.
If your order is underpaid, you will be asked to provide additional funds to fulfill any balance owing. If you are unable to provide these funds, you will be issued a refund to the address of your choice (in the currency the underpayment was issued in), minus any network confirmation fees required to complete the refunding transaction within a reasonable time period.
Typically this happens if you send from an exchange account because they take extra fees when you withdraw your crypto. If your transaction hasn't expired yet you can pay the remaining amount to the same address. If your transaction has expired then please contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll give you a refund minus the network transaction fees.
I don't want my gift card / I ordered the wrong card. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately not. To guard against fraud we can't provide a refund for gift cards that have been emailed. We have no way of knowing if they've been claimed or not already. Choose wisely young Padawan!
All orders are non-reversible and non-refundable unless a refund is explicitly granted by Bidali staff. If you have made a mistake in your order, you must immediately contact us to try to rectify the situation. We will work with our customers to help with any and all issues.
Refunds are discretionary. We are not bound by any previous instances of refunds and evaluates requests on a case-by-case basis.
